When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Transit is normally another 4–6 business days.
Can I return an unused item?
Yes. An eligible new, unused item may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery, including when the selection is no longer wanted.
What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Use Contact Us and include the order number plus photographs where helpful. Defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, and materially misdescribed items have a dedicated review path.
How do I send a return?
Obtain approval and the correct destination first. A free prepaid label is included in the parcel; contact us if it is missing. There is no restocking fee.
When is a refund started?
After approval, the original-method refund is processed or initiated within 10 days. Bank posting time is separate.
