Contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. This window is measured from receipt, not the order date.
Eligible returns
Eligible new, unused products may be returned for reasons such as a change of mind or an incorrect selection. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed items are also reviewed, and applicable consumer rights remain available.
Approval and return shipping
Email qesusevopun298@gmail.com before sending anything. We will review the request and provide the correct return destination; the store mailing address is not automatically a returns warehouse. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. If it is missing or lost, contact us for assistance. No restocking fee is charged.
Exchanges and refunds
Eligible exchanges depend on review and stock availability. After a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions may need additional time to post the funds.
