Currency and checkout
Store prices and order charges are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). The secure checkout displays the payment methods currently enabled for the order.
Authorization
Your payment provider may authorize, decline, or temporarily hold a transaction. Billing information should match the information held by the issuer. We do not ask customers to send full card details, security codes, or passwords by email.
Refund timing
After approval, a refund is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank or card issuer may need additional time before the credit appears.
